This page is used to inform our customers regarding our policies with the refund and cancellation. Bengal Spice is an Indian restaurant in Belfast. To offer our customers complete satisfaction, we provide a number of comforts. They can feel free to contact us if they have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy by emailing us at the restaurant. For an immediate response, please call the restaurant. Making of your order can start immediately after your order is confirmed. We usually do not accept cancellations if your order has been confirmed with us. We have real-time online ordering system. So we can accept any order within 1 minute.

 

Wrong Online Food order:

If you receive food that is different from your receipt or incomplete, we sincerely apologize. Please call us as soon as you notice that there was an error in your order. You may come to pick up the correct food item.

For credit card payments, you will be refunded the sales price amount associated with the error and recharged for the new items price. or it will be adjustable with the new order. Otherwise, we will refund the amount to a credit card.

For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received an error. In the same way, you will receive the difference of the balance back as credit for the new item if less than the food received in error. And anytime any inquiry please call us and email us. Insha-Allah we will provide our best.

 

Food Dissatisfaction:

We prepare food fresh to order with only the best and freshest ingredients. We take great pride in all of the food we make. Please call us immediately if you receive unsatisfactory food caused by a dislike or objects in the food. We will need the food returned in the original container so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will prepare you a new food order. If you do not want to get a new dish, we refund the amount to a credit card or it adjusted with next order only after we get the food in the original container and after confirmed the error to the discretion of the manager on duty.

 

Food allergies and spice levels:

Please be advised that food prepared at Bengal Spice may contain the following: Cereals containing gluten, Peanuts, Nuts, Milk, Soya, Mustard, Eggs, Fish, Crustaceans, Sesame Seeds, Celery, Sulphur Dioxide.

We offer a choice of spice levels (Mild, Medium, Hot, and Thai Hot) but spice can be different for everyone.

Order Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel an order up to the point the order is sent to the restaurant. Normally, this is approximately 30 minutes before the time you requested delivery or collection of the order.

While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information.

An order may be subsequently cancelled by a restaurant after you have received an email stating the order has been accepted. Our restaurant reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.  And we will refund you as soon as possible.

 

Delivery Fee:

The delivery fee is decided by the restaurants. lots of restaurants charge to their customer for the delivery. We charge only £2 within 3 miles radius,  after that per mile its only 50 p. If you think you have been overcharged on the delivery then you can contact with us.
